Great location for exploring old Tbilisi. The building is historic and offers a breathtaking view of the entire city from a wonderful terrace. The rooms are on the small side, but they are very clean. Breakfast was adequate, while dinner was excellent! The owner is a very welcoming lady.

Amazing property. They have maintained the old architecture which added to its charm. Staff was polite and breakfast was decent. They view from the breakfast hall is overlooking the park. The room was spacious. They have a nice bar and lobby.
