This place has an incredible vibe and amazing people. From day one, I felt right at home. You can dive into social events or just relax in a cozy room. The community is awesome, with friendly and respectful folks, and the friendships I've built here are unforgettable.

There's also a coworking area with fast internet, a hot pool, a sauna, a fireplace, a PS5, and pretty much everything you need. I highly recommend it!

Incredible place with great people and lovely atmosphere. Everything is top-notch: delicious food, excellent cleaning, attentive room service, PS5, pool, sauna, coworking space, cinema, fireplace, patio, and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. The events are next-level too!

I stumbled upon this place while attending a game night and didn’t even stay overnight, but I felt I had to write a review.

The atmosphere was fantastic from the moment I walked in. It was filled with warm, cheerful, and open-minded people, creating a genuine sense of community that's rare to find. It felt less like a typical hostel or guesthouse and more like a welcoming home where everyone is included.

Ruslan and Enji greeted me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like part of the family. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable.

I was also really impressed by the selection of board games and books, along with the spacious, comfortable work areas. It's clear that this place is meant for connecting, relaxing, and being creative, not just for staying.

Even though I didn’t spend the night, my time here left a lasting impression, and I would definitely love to return.

Vieta, į kurią norisi sugrįžti ir iš kurios gaila išvykti. Čia praleidau savaitę su šeima ir draugais. Tai nėra nei viešbutis, nei hostelis, tai tikri namai, kur žmonės gyvena kaip viena didelė šeima ir priima svečius į savo ratą. Gyventojams ir svečiams siūloma daug naudingų renginių ir pramogų. Namuose yra šiltas vandens baseinas, sauna, kepsnių zona ir terasa ant stogo.

Я провел в этом месте 15 месяцев, и вот что я увидел: падающие потолки, плесень, крысы, слизни, муравьи, кошачьи экскременты и небезопасная проводка.

Во многих комнатах (01, 305, 306, второй этаж, кухня) постоянно были муравьи — на стенах, на полу и даже в кроватях. На кухне иногда появлялись слизни, иногда прямо в ящиках с посудой. Один раз несколько слизней нашли в вафельнице, на которой готовили для жильцов. Со временем мы поняли, что крысы живут над фальшпотолком: начали находить погрызанные упаковки еды. Кошки приносили мертвых крыс. Иногда жильцам приходилось ловить крыс прямо на кухне.

Во дворе было много кошек, и в жару сильный запах кошачьих экскрементов был ощутим.

Состояние проводки вызывало опасения. Я несколько раз ремонтировал светильники и видел скрутки, подгорающие и гниющие провода. Несколько раз жильцов, включая меня, било током от стиральной машины и металлической раковины. Управляющий сказал, что заземления в доме нет, и никакой защиты, кроме автоматов, не предусмотрено.

В душевых и некоторых комнатах (хуже всего в комнате 406) было много плесени. Из-за постоянной влажности и отсутствия вентиляции фальшпотолки портятся — у меня на глазах потолки падали дважды в душевых (404, 406). Один из потолков упал, когда человек принимал душ, к счастью, без серьезных последствий.

Лифт в доме часто застревает и работает нестабильно. По словам приходящего мастера, в конструкции лифта были проблемы с безопасностью. Лифт замечали за поездками с открытыми дверями.

По моему опыту, никаких действий по решению этих проблем не предпринималось. Новым жильцам о них обычно не рассказывают заранее.

This place has a one-of-a-kind vibe! You’ll never feel isolated here; it’s where deep connections with amazing people happen. There are plenty of sports events, lectures, and festivals to keep you entertained. Plus, there’s enough private space to relax, like a rooftop with a stunning view. The rooms are comfortable, with modern furniture and great amenities. There's a hot pool for chilly days and a cool pool for warm ones. They offer all sorts of services, from cooking and cleaning to massages and therapy. I highly recommend it!

Приятное и уютное место для мероприятий. Удобные кресла мешки, небольшой бар и много настольных игр. Отлично подходит для ламповых встреч.
