Это действительно уникальное место, и я очень рад, что провел там несколько дней. Жить здесь — как в музее. В холле много антиквариата, здание прекрасно сохранилось, потрясающий сад и плавательный бассейн. Чистота на высоком уровне, все работает отлично, персонал приятный, хороший завтрак, звукоизоляция на высоте. Я точно запомню этот опыт надолго. Если подъем по лестнице для вас не проблема, смело рекомендую это место.

Дуже цікаве місце! Готель не з дешевих, але це незабутній досвід. Зверніть увагу, що він знаходиться на горі, тому до нього не можна підʼїхати машиною — доведеться трохи пройти по сходах, але це не зіпсувало наш відпочинок.

Персонал дуже приємний. Особливо хочу відзначити Тамар, вона просто неймовірна! Вона розповіла нам про готель, провела екскурсію і допомогла з нашими проблемами, які не повʼязані з готелем.

Готель цікавий, всі номери різні і оформлені під різні країни/міста. Було чисто, і ніяких проблем з номером не виникло.

Дівчата, у цьому готелі потужний фен для волосся — можна швидко висушити волосся за 5 хвилин!

Басейн гарний, чистий і з неймовірним краєвидом на Тбілісі.

Сніданок звичайний.

В цілому ми залишилися під враженням. Памʼятайте, що це бутік-готель, і ви платите більше за цей досвід!

Мы действительно насладились нашим пребыванием в комнате Индия. Интерьер отеля имеет уникальный современный дизайн. Местоположение удобное, рядом с основными туристическими достопримечательностями, но нужно учитывать лестницы. Однако для нас это не было проблемой, так как нам любезно помогли с чемоданами. Верхняя терраса с бассейнами просто восхитительна! Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, особенно Ника и Giorgi. მადლობა!

The castle is stunning, and the pool and rooftop are lovely as well. However, the staff is a major drawback. Most of them seem grumpy and unmotivated. The bellboy was friendly but struggled with the stairs and heavy bags to the point where I ended up carrying my own things because he looked like he might faint. I don't mean to insult him; he just seemed out of shape. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome, which is unusual for a hotel. Fellow guests at the pool complained about the pool attendant, who mostly just lounged around and rolled his eyes when asked for drinks. The staff often seemed more interested in their phones than in helping guests, giving the impression that they didn’t care about us or the hotel. It’s disappointing, especially after reading positive reviews. Overall, I left feeling let down and left earlier than I planned. This place could be amazing with the right staff. Also, most power outlets didn’t work, and it took almost five minutes for the shower to warm up. Charging 50 gel for an Aperol spritz with hardly any alcohol feels like a rip-off.

В субботу утром, в день нашей свадьбы, руководство кардинально изменило свою позицию. Они сказали, что нам нужно будет заплатить 300 Лари с человека за час, и когда мы сказали, что они будут там 1 час 15 минут, они заявили, что мы должны заплатить 600 Лари с человека (всего 4 человека), что в итоге составило 2400 Лари.

Мы потратили 30 минут, объясняя персоналу и менеджеру, о чем мы договорились, и их изменения в условиях. Они были крайне пренебрежительными, грубыми и высокомерными, не проявляя никакой заботы о ситуации, настаивая на том, что они этого не согласовывали. Затем, внезапно, они сказали: "Хорошо, никаких проблем, вы можете пригласить всех без дополнительных затрат". Мы пожали руки, и я думал, что это все. Extremely disappointing experience! We were genuinely shocked by how our stay turned out. We booked this place for our wedding night, hoping for a special and stress-free time. On the wedding morning, I had two women helping with my hair and makeup, along with our videographers, my mother, and sister. None of them stayed long or used any facilities. We had explicitly discussed having them there while I got ready, and were told it would be fine.

However, on the day, the staff suddenly demanded an extra 600 GEL for these visitors. What's more unbelievable is they claimed this was a discounted rate, as they usually charge 300 GEL per person, per hour. This caused unnecessary stress on such an important day for us. With our arrangements already made, we felt trapped. After complaining, they said we wouldn’t have to pay the extra charge, but when we returned from the wedding, they changed their minds and demanded the money again. The constant back-and-forth and poor communication overshadowed what should have been a joyful occasion.

Additionally, my partner paid extra for room decorations, but all we received was a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of wine, and a cake. For the amount we paid, it didn’t feel like proper decorations. To make things worse, most of the cake was already eaten when we came back, leaving only two pieces.

Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The water supply failed, the shower drain was clogged, and overall, our stay was a disaster. For 2,800 GEL for one night, we expected much better service, professionalism, and honesty. Instead, we encountered confusion, broken promises, and numerous issues that significantly impacted our wedding day and night. We cannot recommend this place, especially for anyone planning a special occasion or celebration.

This place needs a better staff. Their main focus seems to be taking smoke breaks. They are unhelpful, inexperienced, and don't show interest in the guests. The value is very poor. I recommend looking for another option.

The nearest drop-off point is about 300 meters away, followed by a steep uphill walk and 100 meters of outside stairs just to get to the entrance. After a week of skiing, this isn't just an inconvenience; it's unmanageable. None of this information is disclosed when booking. We chose not to stay because of this, which shouldn't have been necessary if the listing had been accurate. The property admitted to the misleading description but still refused to refund our payment, which says a lot. Their solution was to offer a “bellboy,” but that doesn’t solve the issue. A bellboy can’t carry someone up 100 meters of steep stairs. Accessibility is crucial and can't be fixed with a half-hearted solution. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful the whole time. There was no accountability or resolution, just excuses. The location might sound appealing, but in reality, it's tiring and impractical. A hidden gem! The hotel is stunning and has such a cool vibe. Otto was really helpful with our bags. The room is amazing and offers a unique experience.
