The service at Tbilisi Referral Hospital seems good, the staff is attentive and friendly. However, it is worth being prepared for significant costs. We recently had an emergency room visit with our child. We are not citizens of Georgia and did not have insurance. The time spent in the ER was almost 4 hours. During this time the child was seen by a neurologist and everything was pronounced fine, suggested to go home. We had to pay 342 GEL for this brief medical examination.
