This company is incredibly irresponsible! It's been a whole month since we placed the order, and they've been lying to us, saying the product will arrive soon, but we still haven't received it (it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days)🤨

20 января я заказал матрас в этом магазине. Прошло четыре месяца, а доставка так и не была осуществлена. За всё это время со мной ни разу не связались. Я сам неоднократно звонил по указанному номеру, и каждый раз меня уверяли, что перезвонят на следующий день и обязательно доставят матрас. Я также обращался к сотруднику, принимавшему мой заказ, но каждый раз получал новые оправдания и пустые обещания. Спустя четыре месяца ожидания я потребовал вернуть предоплату. Очень жалею, что выбрал этот магазин. Подозреваю, что и качество их товаров оставляет желать лучшего. Настоятельно не рекомендую иметь с ними дело. Не повторяйте мою ошибку!

BE CAREFUL! My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I paid for linen but they never delivered it. They ignored all my attempts to contact them, including calls and messages. It’s been impossible to get any kind of response or solution. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before dealing with this company.

This company is completely irresponsible with appalling service. I bought a mattress with a cover on December 30th. They delivered the mattress on time, but left my bed dirty and scattered filthy plastic bags on the floor. Additionally, the cover not only didn't fit, but was also a different model. For weeks, they've been lying, promising a replacement and saying they'd contact me, but never did. They even pretended to have fired the delivery person, blaming him entirely. Yet after all this time, the same person showed up with the correct-sized cover, which still turned out to be the wrong model. It's January 29th, and I still haven't received what I ordered. This company has no accountability, provides terrible service, and shows no respect for customers.

Остерегайтесь: Ненадежный и безответственный магазин! Я крайне разочарован обслуживанием, которое они предоставляют. Общение с клиентами отсутствует, обещания не выполняются, а об уважении к покупателю и речи быть не может. Они постоянно меняют даты доставки без какого-либо уведомления. Если вам нравится, когда вас обманывают, игнорируют и заставляют ждать неопределенно долго за уже оплаченный товар, то смело покупайте здесь. Но если вы цените своё время, деньги и нервы, держитесь от них подальше. Жаль, что я не прочитал отзывы о них раньше. Меня далеко не первого обманули.

Die Lieferung war überhaupt nicht pünktlich. Statt der versprochenen 3 Tage hat es einen ganzen Monat gedauert. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Erst als ich Druck gemacht habe, kam eine Entschuldigung und ein paar Artikel als Wiedergutmachung.
