The atmosphere for shopping for musical gear was not very welcoming. The staff seemed uninterested in helping or making customers feel at home.

Never received my refund even though I returned the product unopened and in perfect condition just a day after purchase. They claimed it needed an inspection. They simply took back the product and never gave my money back. Total scam.
