It looks like this shop doesnโ€™t keep their website updated with item availability. I visited twice to buy different products that were listed as โ€œin stockโ€ online. Both times, I was informed that the items were not actually available.

My husband called to check if several items were available. A woman on the phone confidently said everything was in stock, even though those items werenโ€™t on the website. A few days later, we went to the store, knowing the items might have been sold, just to confirm.

Instead of a calm conversation, the salesperson raised her voice and insisted that my husband never called the store and that our conversation could not have happened. When we tried to clarify and suggested there might be another store with the same name, we were repeatedly told that we โ€œcould not have called them,โ€ even though we had saved the phone number and store link.

Feeling disrespected, my husband remarked, โ€œIt feels like youโ€™re treating me as an idiot,โ€ and we decided to leave. The salesperson followed us outside, shouting, including making nationalist comments like โ€œGo back to your Russia.โ€ My husband isnโ€™t Russian, but such remarks are unacceptable no matter the nationality. Another female staff member joined in the shouting.

Fortunately, another customer intervened and pulled the salesperson back into the store. This behavior is completely unacceptable: aggression, refusal to have a normal conversation, public shouting, and nationalist comments. Given this experience, we will not be coming back to this store.

In response to the owner's comment: We did not insult your employees or use any foul language. The conversation was in English and Georgian, with a Georgian friend helping us. He later translated what was shouted at us in Georgian. The issue was never about stock availability; we clearly mentioned we had called days earlier, not that day. If the items had been sold, that would have cleared up the misunderstanding. Instead, the discussion turned to denying the phone call ever happened.
