Very disappointing visit. An older female staff member was incredibly rude and yelled at my friend and me because we had our jackets on the table while eating. Even though we didn’t understand her language, she kept shouting and banging on the table instead of speaking to us politely. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

I had a terrible experience at this subway. The staff was very rude. Our flight was about to board, and they charged us but then told us to wait for 20 minutes, which we weren’t informed about until after we paid. When we asked them to hurry up, one of them started insulting us in Georgian, which was completely unacceptable. They didn’t even ask us about the vegetable options for our subs and just handed them to us.

Very overpriced. They add extra charges for olives, pickles, corn, and more. Not worth the cost.

The staff is welcoming, and the food tastes great.

I stood waiting for at least 5 minutes while the young woman in the green uniform was right in front of me, busy making coffee. It would have taken her just 2 seconds to say, “no sandwiches because of a technical issue.” When I pointed this out, she didn’t apologize at all, as if wasting someone else’s time was perfectly normal.

It might have been a stroke of luck, but on the evening of April 9 at about 10:30 PM, the sandwich café at Tbilisi Airport had two young staff members who made the experience delightful. They were incredibly fast, attentive, smiling, and really friendly.
The teriyaki chicken salad was delicious and fresh, the cookies were outstanding, and the coffee was excellent.
Thanks for such exceptional service — it’s a rarity. - m
Waited for 30 minutes.

You can either grab a bite here or just catch your flight, it's up to you. Don't bother with special requests because the staff will just add what they want. At this rate, I wouldn't mind if it got swapped for a dog food vending machine.

Stay away from this place.

Сотрудники явно были недовольны, громко закрывая дверцы печей. Ингредиенты бросали небрежно и в очень малом количестве, а еду не подогрели.
