Всё было неплохо, но могло быть лучше.

Часто приходится ждать около 10 минут, даже когда заказ уже считают готовым. На сообщение в Facebook ответили обещанием связаться с менеджером, но ничего так и не изменилось.

Terrible service... As a foreigner, I've been to many locations, and this one was a disappointment. I asked for one McFlurry Oreo to go; they gave me two and charged for both. Fine, but they called for orders except mine. I had to ask directly, then they handed me one McFlurry. After reminding them I paid for two, they gave the second but held my order, waiting for 3-4 minutes just to find a bag for takeaway. Saw a packed nuggets box fall; they ignored it and walked over the food. Extremely disappointing... This place should uphold the standard expected from the chain. Hope this feedback helps improve their service. I won’t be returning to this branch.

მატყუარები!! საშინელი სერვისი!! რამდენჯერმე გამოვიწერეთ და თითქმის ნახევარზე მეტი პროდუქტი არ მოგვიტანეს!! ეს პრობლემა რამდენჯერმე შეგვხვდა. ადრე მაინც გვიბრუნებდნენ თანხას, მაგრამ ახლა არც თანხა არ დაგვიბრუნეს და ზარებსაც აღარ გვპასუხობენ. გვითხრეს, რომ მაქსიმუმ ერთი კვირის განმავლობაში თანხას დაგვიბრუნებდნენ, მაგრამ უკვე 3 კვირაა გასული და არანაირი აზრი არ აქვს. არ გირჩევთ აქ რაიმეს შეკვეთას.

Ordered nuggets and a McFlurry but had to wait for 25 minutes! What happened to the fast service? I even watched the movie "The Founder" just yesterday.

Visited late in the evening, and the restrooms were dirty. The staff seemed uninterested, and it took effort to get their attention. Unfortunately, this seems to be common in all similar places around Tbilisi, which says a lot about the management. If you're traveling alone like me, you might want to reconsider before stepping in.

Отвратительный сервис. Ждал детский набор 45 минут и так и не дождался. Сказали подождать еще час. В итоге ушел без заказа и без возврата денег, так как отказали в возврате. Не рекомендую посещать это ужасное заведение. Отношение к туристам предвзятое и ужасное.

Обслуживание занимает много времени, приходится напоминать о заказе не один раз. Когда наконец приносят, еда уже холодная, и приходится просить заменить.

The service here is incredibly slow. The system Ray Kroc envisioned 80 years ago was meant to deliver meals in 5 minutes, not 30. After years of refining their processes, it’s surprising how this place managed to make things slower instead of faster.

There are so many people that finding a seat can be a challenge.

Despite having so many branches, they should open another one in Gldani. How is it possible to wait for an hour for a simple two-item menu?! When I reached out to their service staff and mentioned I'd been waiting for half an hour, they responded, "I'll check, but it's not ready yet." This level of indifference is shameful. I reminded the staff twice, and after waiting for an hour, I went to the counter, and the cashier finally gave me the receipt. They managed to bring the two-item menu ordered at 18:30 only by 19:37. Should I have gone and prepared and collected it myself?! If I hadn't reminded them nine times, would they not have bothered to do their job?! Plus, they act as if I'm indebted to them. With prices sky-high, the service should match. Service staff brings out orders every 15 minutes while lobby employees wander around aimlessly. There's an issue with the kitchen and the entire shift organization, you can't figure out how many employees are needed. Complete disorder. But what surprises me is that you pay your staff peanuts, and it's a miracle you have anyone working at all.

I'd suggest staying away from this place. On October 19th, I placed an order at 16:24. I waited for a while, but my number never appeared on the screen. Eventually, I realized that most order numbers aren't displayed, and there's just one person who takes your receipt and gives you your food. This resulted in just one person handling take-out orders. Consequently, I stood in line for 30 minutes to get my order. Ten minutes after that, when I finally started eating, I discovered the food was completely cold. It wasn't because of a long trip home; they served it cold from the start. I'll be avoiding this place and advise you to do the same.

Отличное место, чтобы быстро и вкусно перекусить. Всегда свежая еда и приятный персонал. Обслуживание на хорошем уровне, а атмосфера располагает к тому, чтобы приятно провести время.

Обслуживание всегда оперативное, как и полагается для этого бренда. Кондиционер всегда работает, и туалет содержится в чистоте, за порядком тщательно следят. Интернет может быть не очень быстрым и иногда нестабильным.

Заведение в Тбилиси и аналогичное в США сильно различаются, как отмечают сами американские туристы.

Попав туда, столкнулась с отсутствием свободных мест. Даже если появлялись свободные столики, они оставались грязными и неубранными. Администратор не предпринял никаких действий, а персонал бездействовал. В итоге пришлось просить, чтобы убрали стол, чтобы было где поесть.

Ein sehr sauberer Ort mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft.

Часто забывают добавлять в заказ еду: соус, мини-бургер, маффин, а при доставке такие мелочи теряются. Сколько это может продолжаться, я устал кормить сотрудников заведения! Будьте внимательны 😡

Spent half an hour just waiting for my food. They only began prepping it after I personally inquired. No apology or anything. Fast food should really be fast.

My order was prepared only after 20 minutes of waiting. And it wasn't even busy, just a few people around. Really disappointing experience! Best to avoid this place. It's happened before, but this time the delay was just too much.

Отличное место для быстрого и вкусного перекуса. Атмосфера приятная, а обслуживание быстрое и доброжелательное. Всегда остаюсь доволен качеством еды и чистотой заведения.

ბავშვის შეფასებით მაქსიმალური ქულებით ვაფასებ. თუმცა არის ერთი ნაკლიც - მაგიდების სისუფთავეზე პერსონალი ხშირად ვერ ასწრებს პასუხისმგებლობას, რაც ხანდახან მოუხერხებლად აქცევს გარემოს. იქნებ ღირს მეტი თანამშრომლის დამატება, რომ ყველაფერი მოწესრიგებული იყოს.

Иногда отменяют чеки, хотя заказ еще не выдали. Если чек не потерять, то все будет нормально. А вот если чек потеряется, то можно прождать заказ до 40 минут.

I really enjoy visiting this place because of the delicious food and consistently quick service. However, it would be even better if the staff were more polite and attentive. I hope this is something that management can improve upon.

Отличное место для любителей вкусных бургеров. Каждый визит приносит радость и сытость. Атмосфера приятная, всегда чисто и уютно.

Этот ресторан постоянно переполнен и является одним из худших, в которых я бывал. Детская зона всегда шумная, а туалеты часто грязные. Руководству стоит задуматься об улучшении звукоизоляции в детской зоне, чтобы снизить уровень шума. Места в зале зачастую недостаточно, и всего лишь одна небольшая уборная на каждого пола явно не справляется с потоком посетителей. В последний визит мой заказ потерялся после 20-минутного ожидания. Когда я уточнил, сотрудник забрал чек и стал оформлять заказ заново. Кроме того, вылитая кола испачкала мою куртку. Несмотря на это, менеджер всё же компенсировал ситуацию бесплатным блюдом. Жест был оценён, но это не оправдывает существующих проблем в работе ресторана. Надеюсь, руководство сможет исправить эти недостатки для улучшения общего впечатления от посещения.

Там было слишком многолюдно, будто оказался в детском саду. 😁

The atmosphere was enjoyable and the food tasted great. The service was quick and efficient. Delicious!
