On February 6, 2026, I visited a juice shop to buy an orange juice. The salesman also showed me two bags priced at 40 lari. I agreed to pay 40 lari for the bags and 10 lari for the juice, totaling 50 lari. Later, my mother picked another bag for 25 lari, so we paid an extra 25 lari, making it 75 lari in total.

However, we only received one juice and one bag instead of the two bags promised for 40 lari. When we returned to clarify, the salesman wrongly claimed we had only paid 35 lari for one juice and one bag. This dishonest behavior was disappointing. Although I considered reporting it to the police, I decided against it due to the small amount involved. What matters to me is honesty and fair treatment of customers. Please address this issue to prevent damage to the business's reputation, especially for visitors. Thank you.
