This spot is very unpredictable. Sometimes the food is hot, other times it's freezing. The burger made me feel unwell. The atmosphere wasn't great either; crumbs were on the chairs and tables, making it tough to find a clean spot. Overall, I'm not a fan. If possible, try other locations; this one is quite unreliable.

The experience was awful. I placed an order, but due to a small location issue, it was never delivered, yet I was still charged in full.
Neither the driver nor the company made any effort to contact me or fix the problem. Worse, there is no proper customer service or direct way to address urgent issues like this. This is totally unacceptable for a delivery service.
It feels like a scam—taking money without delivering the service. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
If this is not resolved and I don't get a refund, I will escalate this further and take additional action.

I ordered through Glovo and they sent the wrong sauce, which I’m allergic to, and the chicken still had feathers. This is so disgusting 🤢.

Этот фастфуд просто ужасен. Утром заказал кофе и гамбургер, ожидание заняло более 25 минут, хотя я был первым в очереди. Через 20 минут сказали, что курица для гамбургера ещё не готова. Когда, наконец-то, спустя полчаса мне дали заказ, гамбургер оказался холодным. За долгое ожидание предложили второй кофе в подарок. Сервис отвратителен — еда должна быть быстрой, но здесь так не выходит.

Заказал капучино и обычный гамбургер в воскресенье в 10 утра. Ждал больше 20 минут, несмотря на то, что был единственным посетителем. Через 10 минут терпения не хватило, но отменить заказ и получить деньги обратно нельзя. Фастфуд должен быть быстрым — в ресторане шашлыки готовят за 15 минут, а тут булку за 20 сделать не могут. Сервис нулевой, столы грязные в придачу.
