It is these qualities that are taught at the ElaCi Institute in Tbilisi.
In addition, students fully gain knowledge about recipes for cooking various dishes of world cuisine, modern technological processes in cooking, compliance with sanitary requirements at catering establishments.
In practical classes, students learn to understand products, determine their interchangeability, grade, quality, freshness, as well as options for proper use and combination.
