The service was rude and unprofessional, with staff who seemed uninterested. The food was bland, dry, and overpriced. There were long waits and poor management was evident. Additionally, the menu had confusing price changes. A very disappointing experience, we won't return or recommend this place.

Our family visit to the restaurant, with two adults and two kids, turned out to be a huge letdown. We ordered several dishes, including four shashliks, but two were so dry they couldn’t be eaten. Even the waiter struggled to get the meat off the skewer. When we complained, the staff's response was rude and unprofessional. Only after the manager tasted it did he admit the issue and agreed to cancel those dishes.
Things got worse. The menu clearly showed 15 GEL per skewer, but our bill, which was only in Georgian, suddenly jumped from 110 to 164 GEL. They claimed the price per skewer was now 20 GEL because they "decided it." This sudden price change and lack of transparency are unacceptable.
Additionally, there were extra charges we didn’t understand, including about 20 GEL and a 20% service fee that was never mentioned beforehand.
In the end, we felt cheated, paying around 50 GEL more than expected. This feels like a deliberate tactic, not an accident. We won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place. Future guests should double-check their bills and stay alert. - e
