Terrible experience. The blonde girl was angry when I mentioned we were in a hurry, and there was no need for her to be upset. I tried to calm her down, but it didn't help.

Terrible food. It arrived late and was cold, coming from Wendy's. Spent 63 GEL on mostly terrible food - the only hot items were the hash browns, and the breakfast sandwich and coffee were disappointing. Stay away.

The service here is really bad. Be careful with your order; they add items I didn't ask for. It's shocking that two coffees and a donut cost 115 Lari, and their service is terrible.

I saw the other reviews, and they're right! My iced coffee had melted ice, so it just tasted like water. And it cost ₾21, which is about USD$7.83. Definitely not worth it!

Обслуживание ужасное, сотрудники встречают с недовольными лицами и нервно отвечают на просьбы. Подают замороженные продукты, которые немного разогревают, но все равно отдают холодными. Попросил просто капучино, а получил с огромным количеством сиропа, пить невозможно (и это за 22 лари, впустую потраченные деньги). Если захотите добавить корицу, придется заплатить еще 2 лари. Еда невкусная. Лучше выбрать Wandy’s или Sabway, чтобы не испортить впечатление о Грузии.

Awful service. The food wasn't cooked properly, and even though I wanted to eat in, my order came in a paper bag. They forgot my drink, and when I took it from the fridge, the manager yelled at me and accused me of stealing. I had to show my receipt to the police, and the manager gave me a death stare. Stay away from this place at all costs!

Paid five for tea and then got charged an extra pound for milk. Ridiculous.
