Sportswear store "Puma" on Vazha-Pshavela Street, 10

Я много раз покупал здесь обувь, всегда хороший сервис. Пару дней назад мне пришлось обменять размер, всё прошло гладко, идеально.

Заглянул в магазин этого бренда в Тбилиси. В целом, всё стандартно для марки, но в ассортименте не заметил ничего особенного. Консультанты были скорее нейтральными, чем активными. Оценю на 3 звезды – нормально, но не впечатляет.

ძალიან ცუდი მომსახურება. პროდუქცია არ იციან და ონლაინ შეკვეთებიდან ფეხსაცმლის მოცილება უნდათ, რაც დროს უსარგებლოდ ხარჯავს. სრული მარაზმი და არათავაზიანობა. 👎🏻👎🏻

The selection of sneakers is decent. But the service... They clearly have no interest in working and treat customers rudely. They roll their eyes when you ask for a pair of shoes, act like they're doing you a favor, and take forever to bring items while gossiping with colleagues. If the shoes don't fit and you decide not to purchase, they get angry. Seriously? You spend 400 lari on sneakers and this is how you’re treated.

Beware of the store at City Mall! After trying on some shoes, the shop assistant took our expensive socks. I asked the manager to review the camera footage. She agreed but never called back. This is absurd. Don’t tarnish PUMA’s reputation in Georgia. We're shocked by their behavior and attitude.

Пришла в магазин специально, но он закрылся на 10 минут раньше заявленного времени (в 18:50). Учтите, что можете столкнуться с таким "сервисом", если соберётесь туда.

Terrible customer service. This is the first Puma store I've seen without a return policy.

The service at the store on 10 Vazha Pshavela Ave is extremely disappointing. The staff shows no interest in customers, offering neither smiles nor recommendations. It's a struggle to get any information, and when you do, it's like they're doing you a huge favor. The system for checking available shoe sizes is a hassle. Chasing down a sales associate every time to find out if my size is in stock, and then having to wait while they search, is inefficient. They should just label the shoes with the available sizes. There was also a pricing issue – the price marked on a pair of shoes was different at checkout, and no one even apologized for the mistake. A store with such a global reputation should have much better staff. It's currently outclassed by competitors like Nike, Adidas, and Reebok, who offer superior service.
