This service was a complete disaster, so please learn from my mistakes and look elsewhere if you care about your vehicle. I came in for an engine oil change and then returned a few days later for a transmission oil change. After letting the car cool down, the mechanic called to inform me that they wouldn't guarantee the oil change because similar cars had issues afterward. At that moment, I knew I wouldnโt be bringing my car back here. The next day, as I was leaving the parking spot, I heard a cracking sound underneath; it turned out the engine skid plate had fallen off because it was poorly secured. Finding a replacement took time, and I later discovered that the skid plate they had installed was from a different vehicle, which explained why it fell. It's worth mentioning that the car was parked securely overnight, ruling out any tampering. Ultimately, I had to take it to another mechanic to redo all the work. On a positive note, the transmission oil was successfully changed the next day, and the car has been running smoothly since. Please avoid this place at all costs.
