Daisy — Cafe

We traveled a long distance to check this café after seeing so many great reviews on Instagram, but sadly, it was a letdown. The place reeked of cigarette smoke because people were smoking outside, and the smoke drifted in since the door was open and there was no AC. We waited nearly an hour for our breakfast, even though it wasn't busy. Each time we inquired about our order, we were told, “Just two more minutes,” but nothing came. It felt like delivery orders were prioritized over the customers present, which was frustrating.

To top it off, we found a hair in our salad. They did remake the dish, offered us a free dessert, and didn’t charge for the coffee, which was good, but that’s the only positive thing I can mention.

The service was nearly non-existent. The local waiter kept saying, “What can I do? The kitchen is delayed,” instead of addressing our concerns properly. The barista looked unhappy throughout our visit and never smiled. Overall, the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were dissatisfied with everything.

Being pet-friendly is a nice feature, but good coffee alone can't make up for poor service, long wait times, and an unwelcoming vibe. I hope they take customer service more seriously moving forward. Good service can make all the difference…

I've been here multiple times, and the coffee is decent, but it consistently takes over 10 minutes to get it to-go, even when there's no line. I don't understand why they don't prepare it right when you order; instead, they make you wait 🤷‍♀️. It seems like there's a lack of communication among the staff.

Из плюсов отмечу вкусные десерты. Каждый раз, когда мы приходили, персонал что-то забывал. Однажды они вообще забыли наш заказ, и мы ждали его больше часа. В другие разы забывали напитки, и их приносили только после напоминания, когда еда уже была съедена. Заказ через доставку проходит нормально, но с блюдами из креветок не повезло: их просто распиливают на мелкие кусочки, чтобы казалось, что их много.

Из любимых блюд - малиновый круглый круассан и чикен катцу.

Еда вкусная, подача интересная, но само заведение не впечатляет. Сервис отсутствует, вайфай есть, но не работает. Еду можно заказать на дом. Внутри заведения грустно.

Еда здесь вкусная, кофе отличный, а персонал вежливый🫰🏻

С 2023 года часто посещаем это место, но отзывов от меня еще не было, надо это исправить.

Чаще всего покупаем фисташковый круассан или круглый фисташка-малина и бамбл или облепиховый чай (такой чай больше нигде в городе не встречала).

Если приходим сюда, обычно заказываем драники с грибами (на фото они с лососем).

Персонал отличный, в основном общаются на английском, но есть и русскоязычные сотрудники.

I'm really into Eggs Benedict and try them everywhere I go. Here, they used something that tasted like mayo instead of hollandaise, and the egg was cold. The ham was super thin and seemed like it had been out of the package for a while. For 23 lari, I expected better. Won't order that again.

On the bright side, dogs are welcome, which is nice. The croissants were tasty and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing. Overall, I'd give it a 3/5 for food and service.
