I visited this store yesterday to buy a gift bag. I had 50 lari in cash, but when I handed it to the cashier, she seemed very unhappy. I didn't mean to make things uncomfortable, so I tried to pay with my card, but there weren't enough funds. I gave her the cash again, and her reaction was even more negative; she mumbled something under her breath. I don't really care about her attitude.

The problem was that she quickly gave me my change and then walked away without giving me a receipt or returning 5 lari that was mine. I would have waited to get my change and receipt if I had more time, but I was in a hurry, so I had to leave without it.

From this experience, I can say that the service is lacking, and customers are not receiving the correct change.
