The card was blocked when trying to log into my personal account. Having contacted the support service, I was informed that the card can only be unblocked at a bank branch. However, at the branch itself I was directed back to telephone support. As a result, after additional communication with support, they confirmed the possibility of unlocking. Why wasn’t this opportunity mentioned right away over the phone? And why is blocking instantaneous, while unlocking takes at least two hours? Also, why can't push notifications be added to the mobile app to confirm or reject login attempts? And why do bank employees immediately decide to block the account, instead of contacting me first? All this creates a negative impression, and, unfortunately, you lose the client.

Хоть и не слишком охотно общаются по-русски, но в офисе приятная атмосфера, хорошее местоположение в центре, разнообразные банкоматы, красивый интерьер. Однако отсутствие туалета может быть недостатком.
