The suite was stunning, and the food was fantastic, but the best part was the kind, friendly, and helpful staff! We’re excited to return.

This hotel offers spacious, luxurious rooms with stunning views. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not operational during my stay in April 2025. Overall, it's a good value for the price. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spot and fantastic team

I had an amazing time and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was fantastic, especially Mary. She was very kind and helpful, providing great guidance and excellent dining recommendations.

Our stay was disappointing. We came for the pool, but it was broken again just before we arrived, as other reviews had mentioned. The restaurant and wine bar were closed. The spa was also closed, though they offered to turn on the sauna for us.

They claimed to upgrade us to the best room, but it seemed no different from what we expected.

It's better to stay at a local winery with rooms. They're cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel isn't worth it, which is a shame for such a lovely town.

We spent two nights here, and it didn't live up to our expectations. The rooms were very small and felt cramped. The TV was outdated and didn't work. We told the staff, but nothing was done, and we got no updates during our stay. The shower head was broken, and the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. This place is promoted as a boutique hotel, so we had certain expectations that were not met. There was no kettle, which is a basic amenity, especially for making tea or coffee. The hotel feels old, and we don't understand why it's rated as a four-star property. It didn't feel luxurious, and the price seemed too high for what we got. Breakfast was limited, and the food items weren't labeled, so it was hard to know what was available. When we checked in, they were painting, and the paint smell was very strong. I got allergic rhinitis from it. When we asked to change rooms because of the smell, the staff said no rooms were available, which was odd since they initially asked us to move rooms when we checked in. The staff didn't seem accommodating or understanding. Overall, it was disappointing, especially for the price and the expectations of a four-star hotel. The stay didn't justify the cost.
