The church of St Kvirike stands in Pirveli Guripuli village of Khobi Municipality. Pirveli is Georgian for the first, which is how two neighbouring villages of the same name are told apart.
The village lies very close to Khobi, in the flat part of Samegrelo. The road here runs from the district centre and takes only a few minutes.
Visits are free and modest dress is appropriate for services. A headscarf is useful for women, and quiet is expected inside.
