The dedication to the Archangels, Mtavarangelozi in Georgian, usually refers to Michael and Gabriel, the leaders of the heavenly host. This is a working monastery.
It stands beside a village with a telling name: Kirach-Mughanlo is a toponym of Turkic origin, of which the Gardabani district has many. An Orthodox monastery in such a setting is not a dissonance but an accurate portrait of Kvemo Kartli, a region where Georgian and Azerbaijani villages alternate along the same road.
Monastic life follows its own course, and the visitor is given the role of a guest. Dress soberly, keep your voice down, and do not photograph the brethren or the interior without permission.
