Tagnageti complex near the village of Ertisi

The Tagnageti complex, located in the picturesque village of Ertis in the Kvemo Kartli region, is a unique monument of the late Middle Ages. The complex includes a majestic defensive tower and church, each with its own unique character and history.

The Tagnageti Tower is an impressive eight-story building that combines the functionality and beauty of medieval architecture. Although most of the temple has been destroyed, the surviving parts of the concha and pilasters allow one to imagine its original grandeur.
