Cycling Adventures in Guria: Sports and Landscapes of Western Georgia

Soon, from September 1 to September 3, Guria invites all cycling enthusiasts to a unique event - Gurian Cycling Days. This event is not only about bicycles, but also about the amazing landscapes of this region of Western Georgia. The organizers promise that this event will unite local residents and those who come from Tbilisi, and will create a basis for future cooperation and exchange of experience.

Cyclists will start their marathon in Tbilisi and go on a trip to Guria, where they will visit the town of Ozurgeti and the village of Mtispiri, where a camp will be organized. The next day, the participants will depart from Mtispiri towards the resort of Bakhmaro, where they will also spend the night. On the final day, the Bakhmaro-Zotikeli-Zoti-Chokhotauri route awaits them.

The organizers of the event, known as the "Caucasian Bicycle Network", actively contribute to the popularization of cycling and a healthy lifestyle in Georgia. Since their first bike tours in 2019, more than 400 people have fallen in love with bicycles and discovered the amazing places they visited during these trips. The Gurian Bike Days will be the next stage in this exciting story.
