Tbilisi will increase the number of beds for citizens with COVID-19
Today, the vast territory of the state is covered by the fourth wave of coronavirus. Georgian doctors report that due to the high rate of morbidity growth, there are practically no beds left in the operating departments for those treated for covid infection.
In this regard, the Georgian authorities will open a new KVED hospital with a capacity of four thousand patients in the Digomi district, on the site of the former Olympic village.
At the moment, it is known that the medical facility will have a preventive nature, the rest of the details of the project will be known later.
