Mandatory quarantine for those entering Poland has entered into force.
Previously, in order to pass the checkpoint, it was possible to do only a negative test for covid.
However, the other day, the Polish government made changes to the rules for visiting the state. Citizens of countries outside the Schengen area should now self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival in Poland. For the period of isolation, you need to use the official application “Kwarantanna domowa".
Guests of the country must leave reliable information about the place of stay in quarantine and specify a contact phone number. If the PCR test is not positive after a week, the isolation period may be shortened.
The stricter measures do not apply to holders of a certificate of completed two-stage vaccination with EU-approved drugs and persons under 12 years of age.
