Despite current restrictions, public vaccination will not become less affordable
Due to a high spike in the incidence of coronavirus infection, Georgian authorities have decided to suspend the operation of public transportation in the country. The agency reports that citizens should not worry about immunization, as access to vaccination points will be provided despite the ban on movement.
The end points of specialized routes will be medical stations of Batumi State University named after Iota Rustaveli and Republican Hospital, where it is possible to get vaccinated against COVID-19 without reservation.
For the residents of Adjara, a regular free bus will run from Batumi to the vaccination points in Tbilisi. The flights will run on a regular basis for the entire duration of COVID-regulations from the Gonio-Kvariati region and Khelvachauri municipality of the Republic of Adjara.
