What changes did the fourth wave of coronavirus bring?
Today, another surge in the incidence of covid has been recorded in the country. The local Government has taken a number of measures that should contribute to the stabilization of the epidemiological climate on the territory of the state.
For three weeks, starting from August 14, public transport will be stopped on Drogah. Local cafes and restaurants have changed their opening hours, and mass events are still banned. Among other things, vaccination of the population continues to take place in the country, special medical centers are working everywhere. More than 237 thousand citizens have already passed the full vaccination course.
The National Center for Disease Control and Public Health recalls that a person who has delivered two doses of medication is considered fully vaccinated in Georgia.
Such an explanation was required, since in some countries a covid passport can be obtained by a person who has been ill with COVID-19 and has only one vaccination.
In this case, when crossing the border, the status of a foreign citizen will be preserved. However, the rules according to which he received the status of "vaccinated" do not apply to persons living in Georgia, the department reported.
