    Очень разочарован. Найти элементарную туалетную бумагу или мыло в номере — это вызов! Сам номер крошечный, чувствовал себя как в коробке. Не советую.

    სასტუმრო საერთოდ კარგია. ოთახები პატარაა და საწოლებით გადატვირთულია. აქვს სველი წერტილები, თუმცა ტუალეტის ქაღალდი, საპონი და შამპუნი არ არის. სამზარეულო კარგადაა მოწყობილი. მდებარეობა კარგი. პერსონალი გულისხმიერია.

    Прибыли в 15:40 и сразу столкнулись с проблемой — плохое давление воды, до третьего этажа вода не доходила, где находился наш номер. Мы были готовы подождать, так как выбрали это место из-за отличного расположения и вида на Местию и горы. На следующее утро вода появилась, но напор оставался слабым. Уехали на полдня, а потом при возвращении нас попросили покинуть отель из-за всё тех же проблем с водой, которые длились меньше суток. Проверили, и убедились — вода есть, напор нормальный, можно было пользоваться душем и туалетом. Тем не менее, от нас настойчиво потребовали уехать, придумывая разные отговорки. Предложили помощь с другим местом, но оно не соответствовало ожиданиям. Вместо вида на заснеженные горы и сванские башни, оказался другой, менее привлекательный вид. Очень разочарованы. Кажется, что владельцам вдруг понадобилось избавиться от гостей или мы им показались неподходящими. Это обидно и огорчительно. Вызывало желание не возвращаться.
