Cons: Although I reserved a superior room, it was surprisingly small, hardly enough space for one person. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable to use. It was quite disappointing. Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, and the room’s interior was of good quality. The location is central to the city.

Największym plusem było śniadanie, które naprawdę się wyróżniało! Pokoje oferowane są w standardzie europejskim, co jest zaletą w porównaniu do innych dostępnych opcji w mieście. W pokoju można znaleźć suszarkę, lodówkę (choć nie działała zbyt wydajnie), a także zasłony, które dobrze zaciemniały pomieszczenie. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo korzystna, z bliskością restauracji i kantorów wymiany walut.

Było kilka niedociągnięć, na przykład musiałem czekać na pokój, mimo że powinien być już gotowy, oraz brakowało kilku elementów, które powinny znajdować się w pokoju. Ogólnie jednak wrażenie było dobre, a lokalizacja wspaniała.

The building is stunning, definitely makes you want to stay there.

Our king suite was an incredible room, one of the best we've stayed in. There was a recurring issue with the air conditioner, as it would switch off every few hours. It turned out the hotel was turning it off remotely for some reason, which was quite odd. Once we asked them to stop doing that, everything was fine. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. The restaurant staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location of the property is fantastic, and the town itself is charming. We truly enjoyed our time in Kutaisi.

The room is quite small and the window can't be opened at all. The noise from the mini-fridge is quite noticeable. The shower pressure is inconsistent—either too strong or too weak. Although everything appears nice, it definitely does not justify the cost.

I was surprised by its reputation as one of the top accommodations in the area. The rooms are old-fashioned and desperately need repairs. They don't offer much comfort or warmth. The curtains are inadequate, leaving you to decide which part of the room the morning light will invade. The windows do little to block out noise. The reception team deserves a mention as well; they don't greet guests upon arrival and tend to overlook them whenever possible, which is unexpected for a four-star establishment.

Our tour group stayed at this wonderfully designed boutique hotel right next to the opera house. Our room offered a fantastic view of the opera house and its statues. The breakfast room was spacious with plenty of options. The ambiance was very pleasant. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Крыша - просто чудо, вид на город завораживает. Но номер оказался душным, даже окно не открыть. А так место симпатичное, подойдёт, если нужны только кровать и завтрак.

Приехав слишком рано, пришлось немного подождать заселения, но это того стоило! Номер оказался уютным и чистым, климат-контроль спасал от жары. Особенно впечатлила терраса на крыше — вид с неё просто завораживает, особенно на закате. Удачное расположение: всё необходимое в пешей доступности. Рекомендую для коротких и длинных остановок в Кутаиси!

Вроде бы ожидал уюта и комфорта, но реальность оказалась гораздо мрачнее. Кажется, об удобствах тут просто забыли. Стойка регистрации — одна, унылая, и больше никакой зоны для отдыха. Про посыльного можно и не мечтать, так и таскаешь свой чемодан сам. Холодильник греет, телефон сломан — в случае чего остаешься без связи. В комнате свет один единственный, как в подземелье. А уж про тапочки и душ вообще молчу. Единственный плюс — чистый номер и вид с крыши, но это не спасает общей картины. Разочарование полное.

Честно говоря, трудно представить лучшую гостиницу за такие деньги. Сервис на высоте, каждое утро мне подавали завтрак, на который стоило просыпаться. Номера оборудованы всем необходимым для проживания, включая удобный холодильник и фен. Для пекарей вроде меня всегда радуешься хорошему чайному набору в номере. А расположение в самом центре города окончательно склонило чашу весов в пользу этого выбора. Абсолютно стоящее место — рекомендую!

Проснулся под мягкий шелест кутаисского утра на уютной террасе с видом на город, где, кажется, время замерло. Комнаты здесь, как тёплое объятие: всё безупречно чисто и комфортно. Завтраки превратились в утренние праздники, наполненные ароматами свежих блюд и тёплыми улыбками персонала. Местные шефы знают толк в кулинарии, а цены приятно радуют. Особое спасибо Гиге, Гиви и всей команде за то, что сделали мой отдых по-настоящему домашним. Даже продлил своё пребывание — настолько было хорошо!

Говорят, величественные имена обязывают. Но здесь — сплошное разочарование. От усовершенствованной вентиляции дрожат стены, как будто мимо проходит авиалайнер. Я спала с подушкой на голове и всё равно слышала всё, что происходило на улице. Комната больше, чем стандартная, но двухкомнатной её назвать уже перебор. Цена явно выше того, что получишь взамен.

Терраса на крыше классная, вид на город завораживает. Но вот с едой и сервисом не задалось. Разливного пива нет, еда оставляет желать лучшего. Трансфер забыли, извинений не дождался. Разочарование.

Салат на крыше этого места — настоящая находка. Я пробовал много местных блюд, но такой свежести и гармонии вкусов не встречал. Взгляд на город Кутаиси сверху — просто бонус к удивительной кухне. Кажется, будто платишь за вид, а получаешь гастрономическое откровение. Настоятельно рекомендую всем гурманам!

The hotel is situated nicely in the heart of the town. When we first arrived, our room was quite warm, but we managed to cool it down by bedtime. The bathroom could use some modernizing, yet everything else was satisfactory. The pillow was comfortable, and the room remained quiet. We only discovered the bar downstairs when we went for breakfast. The staff serving breakfast were delightful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was among the best we encountered in Georgia.

Располагается в центре города, рядом находятся исторические памятники. Приятно прогуляться по Старому городу. Вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, а завтраки просто замечательные.

Our stay was delightful. The room was charming and cozy, and the location was perfect. The beautifully restored historical building blends the allure of the past with modern conveniences while preserving its historical magic. We easily explored the area on foot, and public transportation, including buses to the airport, was within walking distance. The meals were excellent, with a particularly noteworthy breakfast. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kutaisi.

Забронировали номер с балконом на нашу годовщину на три ночи. По приезде нас попросили заплатить наличными, так как pos система не работала, и порекомендовали сходить в банк за наличными. Администратор был насмешлив и не особо приветлив. Номер был удобным, но на балконе не было ни стульев, ни стола, поэтому я попросил переселить нас в номер на втором этаже с другим видом балкона и лучшим обзором, но нам сказали, что эти номера заняты. За все три дня мы видели очень мало клиентов. Было очевидно, что им не хотелось выполнять нашу просьбу. Самое смешное случилось на завтраке, где подавали только фильтрованный кофе. Когда я попросил другой вид кофе и сказал, что готов за него заплатить, так как заметил кофемашину, официант снова отказался выполнять мою просьбу. Круассаны и кексы на завтрак были не свежие, только омлеты приготовлены хорошо. За три ночи к нам ни разу не заглянула уборка, даже туалетную бумагу пришлось просить отдельно. Отель красивый, но с плохим сервисом.

We ordered a shuttle service upon arrival, which they forgot, and they didn't even apologize over the phone, merely suggesting an alternative.

This place falls short of a 4* hotel standard. There are no amenities one would expect from a 4* establishment. At the reception, there's no proper lounge area—just a single sofa and two armchairs. No bellman to assist with luggage, which is unusual for this category. The fridge with a minibar heats instead of cooling. The phone is broken, so you can’t reach the reception. Lighting in the room consists of only one main source. The lamp plugs don’t match the sockets, serving merely as decor. Either no one checks these issues, or they simply don’t care. The slippers are of the cheapest kind. For a 4* hotel, this is unacceptable. The water pressure in the shower is poor, and the shower amenities appear cheap. On the bright side, the room was clean, and there is a nice view from the rooftop bar, but that’s not enough to justify the 4* rating.
