The Nino Pirosmanishvili State Museum is a memorial complex dedicated to the famous artist in Georgia. The complex includes a residential building, a utility room, an exhibition hall, where fourteen paintings by Nino, handwritten editions and other numerous exhibits related to the life of Pirosmanishvili are presented.

The Pirosmani Museum is a memorial complex of the Georgian artist Niko Pirosmanishvili (1862-1918), which includes the artist's apartment house along with utility rooms and an exhibition hall built in 1979, which exhibits 14 original paintings by Niko Pirosmanishvili ("Sona plays the accordion", "Bushes", "Kalooba", "Mercy and Easter eggs", "Shota Rustaveli", "Queen Tamar" and others)., personal belongings of the artist, works of Georgian artists of the twentieth century (Lado Gudiashvili, Ketevan Magalashvili, Koba Guruli, Natela Yankoshvili, etc.), manuscripts (Pirosmani's personal file, poems of Georgian poets dedicated to pirosmani, etc.). exhibits reflecting the life in Kiziki in the XIX-XX centuries – carpets, curtains (including embroidered by Pirosmani's mother), dishes, tools and others (more than 10 thousand exhibits).
A special contribution to the discovery of a hitherto unknown artist, to the collection of his paintings and the promotion of his art was made by L. Gudiashvili, D. Kakabadze, G. Leonidze, the Zdanevich brothers, who found out important information about his biography. Data on Pirosmani's life is mostly collected after his death.
Interest in Pirosmani became especially lively after the 50s, when an exhibition of Pirosmani paintings was organized in many countries of Western Europe. A monument to Pirosmani was erected in Tbilisi. Most of the artist's works are currently stored in the State Museum of Art of Georgia, as well as in foreign museums.
Every October, a holiday dedicated to Pirosmani – Pirosmanoba is held annually in Mirzaani. The artist is depicted on a banknote of the national currency of Georgia one lari.
In 2012, Nikolay, a self-taught artist recognized all over the world from Mirzaani, turned 150 years old.
