Я уже столько узнала о грузинской кухне, что меня, казалось бы, нечем удивить, но грузины смогли. Хочу отметить, что меня заинтересовал хачапури на шампуре. Это такая грузинская традиция нанизывать на шампур все, что хочешь?)
Ещё меня заинтриговали воды Лагидзе. Ни разу не слышала.
Удивлена, что в этом списке есть рыба. Хотя читала, что в Грузии она не относится к национальной кухне. Что странно, ведь море совсем рядом.
и еще очень люблю чурчхелу. Её мы также готовим дома.

Мне больше всего нравилась чурчхела с фундуком в виноградном соку, у неё очень приятный фруктовый вкус. Есть также варианты с миндалём, грецким орехом. В общем можно выбрать чурчхелу на свой вкус. Только данный продукт продаётся не везде и это не очень хорошо. В основном это южное лакомство, встречается в Краснодарском крае, Абхазии, Грузии. У нас на севере я это не встречал в продаже.
