One of the temples of Borjomi in the village of Kvibisi Berisakdrebi is in a dilapidated state, but at the same time is a landmark of Georgia in historical and cultural terms.

The ancient temple of Berisakdrebi is a medieval monument. It is located in the village Kvibisi.

The building despite its historical and cultural value is in a dilapidated state: there is only a part of the northern wall of the main aisle and a minuscule part of the vault with the apse.

The apse of semicircular shape has a small-sized arched window in the center and there is a rectangular recess in the northern corner. Two three-stepped pilasters with capitals and half of the third pilaster, which has an arch, are preserved in the north wall.

The arch leaning on the tops of pilasters has preserved brackets, on which the arches of the vault rested. The entrance is in the north wall, in the shape of an arch. Most of the structure is made of roughly hewn stones of different sizes, and the pilasters, arches and capitals are made of hewn stone.

Two stone slabs are present in the building. On one of them the Bolnisi crosses are illustrated. Also preserved are the remains of the fortress wall that surrounded the temple.
