We successfully performed surgery to correct nostril stenosis in our exotic cats suffering from a congenital problem. Surgeon Alfiya Ilshatovna Lutayeva, a professional with extensive experience, reassured us by providing us with photos of previous successful interventions. The process went smoothly and we received post-operative counseling until complete healing. The kitties are now breathing freely, have stopped snoring and sniffling, and are more active. They tolerated the stress of the flight more easily and no longer open their mouths to breathe during times of stress. One of the cats had a deformed nose from birth and the surgeon was able to correct this. It was an incredibly thorough and skillful intervention! We extend a big thank you! ☺️

Great place!!! Had a general blood work done in 10 minutes, and during the ultrasound, all the staff were so friendly that my dog was not stressed at all, but rather relaxed.The doctor explained, reminded and checked everything necessary in detail. As an owner of two French Bulldogs and knowing many veterinary clinics, I can say that this one really impressed me. The entire staff was amazing in their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I am pleasantly surprised. I recommend this clinic as the best!

We have performed successful nasal surgery on our exotic cats due to congenital nares stenosis. The surgeon, Alfiya Ilshatovna Lutaeva, turned out to be a professional with extensive experience, reassuring us and providing photographs of her previous successful work. The procedure went smoothly and we received post-op consultations until healing was complete. Now our cats breathe easily, have stopped snoring and sniffling, and have begun to run more actively. They tolerate stress much easier, including flying, and no longer open their mouths to breathe in stressful situations. One of the cats had a crooked nose from birth, which was successfully corrected through surgery. We are extremely grateful for the incredibly delicate and professional work!

Я хотел бы поделиться своим положительным опытом посещения ветеринарной клиники "Im Puls" в Батуми. В целом, эта клиника настоящая лучшая в городе: у них есть молодой персонал, говорящий на русском языке, а цены являются адекватными, и расположение удобное.
Мой кот Изя оказался профессиональным шлангоглотателем, и хотя при первом посещении клиники УЗИ не показало наличие инородного тела в системе пищеварения, наша клиника в другой стране немедленно порекомендовала сделать рентген. Однако, в клинике "Im Puls" они отказались проводить рентген, и почему — я не знаю.
Через несколько дней после первого визита состояние кота ухудшилось, и мы решили повезти его в эту клинику снова. На этот раз на УЗИ удалось обнаружить шланг в кишечнике, и также был проведен рентген.
Ветеринары прокапали котика антибиотиками, обезболили и провели экстренную операцию. Кот провел следующие дни в дневной стационаре. Это было нелегкое и дорогостоящее время (но что не сделаешь ради своих питомцев), но я считаю, что персонал клиники справился на все 100%.
Уже через неделю наш шлангоглотатель стал бодр и весел. Шов отлично зажил, и УЗИ показало полное восстановление.
