The food was terrible, the service was incredibly slow (took 1.5 hours), and the loud customers ruined the atmosphere. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews.

First, our waiter hardly spoke, making it tough to place our order. After we finally ordered, it took 10 minutes for our plates to arrive, and there were no napkins. My group got their food and drinks about 20 minutes later. After 40 minutes, I still hadn’t received my coffee. When I managed to get the waiter’s attention, he claimed he had it, but it took another 20 minutes to actually bring it. By the time my food arrived—a Kiev cutlet—I had been waiting for over an hour and 20 minutes, and it was bland, unsalted, and tough. We couldn’t even get our bill because the waiter was too busy chatting with others and never checked on us.

The two tables next to us were really loud and seemed to be served much better and faster, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I won’t be coming back. I wasted two hours of my life here.

С обслуживанием что-то не так. Мы пришли в заведение с рейтингом 4.8 и неплохим меню, но это оказалось худшее место за время нашего пребывания в Грузии. Окрошка и вино были вкусными, но на этом все положительное заканчивается. Некоторые блюда были посредственными, а некоторые просто плохими. Самое ужасное — это обслуживание: очень неприветливое и невероятно медленное. К тому же, помещение небольшое, и нам "повезло" ужинать рядом с шумной компанией пьяных людей. Эта компания только увеличивалась, похоже, это популярное местное заведение. В итоге мы дождались, когда нам принесли всю еду и чек, чтобы заплатить и уйти оттуда навсегда.

Минусов больше:
- ждали блюда больше 40 минут
- вино подали в грязном бокале, хотя его заменили без проблем, но осадок остался, начали проверять другую посуду
- шумно и суетно

Нас привлекли отзывы о домашней еде, и она действительно была хорошей, но остальное разочаровало, возвращаться не хочется.
