Horrible experience! Their ice cream might be good, but don't expect any service. Standing there for 15 minutes with no one to help feels like being invisible. If you love wasting your time, this is the place to go. Otherwise? Skip it and find another spot.

Way too cramped, and don't expect spotless restrooms here. The ice cream was decent, but the overall hygiene didn't impress me. Parking is cheap and there's plenty of it, though. Would I return? Probably not anytime soon.

Awful experience. The ice cream shop near the southern part of Batumi didn't meet any expectations. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. The ice cream itself tasted bland and seemed poorly made. Considering the location, I expected better quality. Definitely not worth the visit.

I regret every moment spent here. The ice cream was nothing special, just overly sweet and not even creamy. The selection was very limited, and the whole place felt run-down. The staff barely spoke English, making communication a nightmare. Wouldn't recommend this place, even if you're desperate for a treat.

Сервис приятный, но если захотелось фруктового мороженого, придется постоять в очереди. Работники на станции взвешивания отсутствуют, так что покупка фруктов для украшения своего лакомства превращается в настоящее испытание. Лучше взять что-то заранее.

Мороженое здесь совершенно обыкновенное, честно говоря, ожидала большего. Да, виды шикарные, но ведь пришла я за вкусом, а не за закатом. Порадовало, что машину можно запарковать без проблем, с этим в Батуми вообще беда. Но сладкая часть своей обещанной миссии не выполнена: мороженое не удивило ни вкусом, ни разнообразием. С таким подходом конкурировать будет сложно, увы.

Мороженое тут вкусное, но сам магазинчик разочаровал. Старое здание торгового центра не добавляет ни уюта, ни настроения. Казалось бы, мороженое можно бы съесть с хорошим видом, но вокруг сплошная скука и упадок. Ассортимент не плох, но интерьер требует обновления — это явно чувствуется. Может, еще дам шанс, но пока без особого энтузиазма.

В этом месте в общем ничего особенного. Уморило немного очередное стандартное оформление и само качество мороженого. Вроде бы вид разнообразный, но вкус оставляет желать лучшего. Такое впечатление, что просто обычное мороженое из супермаркета за приличную цену. Порадовала только вежливость персонала, но этого явно маловато, чтобы сюда вернуться.
