Mario Karaoke Club

Yesterday we decided to visit Mario karaoke, but the experience was terrible. We were denied access several times, pointing to an empty hall and presumably considering us a problem. We assured that this was not a problem, but, on the contrary, an opportunity to sing more songs. We were allowed in only after Ruslan’s intervention, for which we thank him very much. The waiter was unable to provide information about the composition of the cocktails, each time running to the bar for answers, although we had no questions for them. The order of lemon with water for 5 GEL was brought without anything, and we had to put it into a glass ourselves. When we asked the waiter how to order a song, he advised us to ask the person on stage. However, as we walked up onto the stage, a security guard started kicking us out. The man responsible for playing the songs had to come up himself, but every time we had to call him. In an hour we were able to sing only 4 songs, despite the fact that we were the only visitors there. In the end we found an 18% service charge on the bill even though the service was downright bad. When asked about our impressions, we expressed dissatisfaction, emphasizing that we would like to sing more than 4 songs in an hour, especially in an empty hall. However, we were told that such an experience is considered normal. In general, we do not recommend visiting this establishment to anyone!

Too many problems. It is not clear how the issue of visitor control is handled. Constant conflicts and squabbles. I would not go to this place again.

Rated 3 stars due to two factors. Firstly, delivery is inconvenient, since the club is located on the outskirts of Batumi, requiring a taxi or personal transport. Secondly, the establishment as a whole is rated as average due to unsatisfactory design, menu and customer base.

Не думаю, что после перелета туристам хочется сразу окунуться в мир ночной жизни. Хотя люди бывают разные... Прекрасно, что в данном заведении работают русскоговорящие сотрудники. Не будет проблем с объяснением того или иного блюда или слов. Такие сотрудники точно посоветуют вам хорошие блюда национальной грузинской кухни, без прекрас и предисловий.
