Hotel "Sputnik"

نجحت إدارة الفندق في تعيين موظف استقبال يتمتع بأخلاق رائعة وتعامل محترم. الموظف تيمو كان متعاونًا للغاية.

بصراحة، لا أفهم كيف يجرؤون على تصنيف هذا المكان كخمسة نجوم، فهو لا يستحق أكثر من ثلاثة، إن لم يكن أقل. سجادة الغرفة كانت مقرفة، بها بقع حمراء تمتد من الحمام إلى السرير كأنها دم. الجدران مدهونة بطريقة رديئة، والحمام صغير للغاية، والكرسي مكسور. الغرفة الثانية التي كان أخي فيها كانت تعاني من رائحة كريهة كأنها مجاري، وكانت متسخة لدرجة أنه لم يستطع الاستحمام. السخان لم يكن يعمل أيضاً. بوفيه الإفطار لديه نفس الأطباق، والطعم مقبول، لكن يوجد ثلاث سخانات فقط ولا يتم تعبئتها، لذا يجب عليك النزول مبكراً لتتمكن من تناول الإفطار. غرفة الألعاب كانت مغبرة جداً، ولا يوجد بها إضاءة أو تكييف، والألعاب متهالكة وقابلة للكسر. لا يوجد اهتمام بالتنظيف، ولم نحصل على غلاية، وعندما طلبنا ماء مغلي أعطونا غلاية صدئة، وعند غسلها خرج منها الصدأ. لا أدري إذا كانوا يقصدون وضعنا في غرف سيئة أم أن الفندق بأكمله على هذا النحو، لأنه من غير المعقول أن يكون تصنيفه خمسة نجوم.

They only refunded us for one night, despite us booking three and only staying for one. They should have refunded at least the other two nights, and honestly, they should consider refunding the whole stay and providing some compensation.

This place is shocking. They claim to be a 5-star hotel, but I wouldn’t even rate them one star. The pool was dirty, the rooms were filthy, and there were insects, spiders, centipedes, and spider webs under the bed and on the balcony. There's no excuse for that— we previously stayed at Eco House Merisi in a more natural area, and it was well-maintained.

On our last night, they showed us around 20 different rooms before we found one they claimed was “clean,” but we still had to kill an insect above the bed. They never offered to help with our luggage after moving us so many times. We had to push to speak with the manager and advocate for a refund to afford another hotel.

This experience completely ruined our vacation. Avoid this place.

Standart bir otel.

The place is awful. We turned on the jacuzzi, and the water was yellow. Then a big centipede emerged from it. After we spoke to the staff, they offered us another room. We moved up a floor and checked out two rooms.

In one, the shower was completely covered in mold. In the other, the jacuzzi water was again yellow, and another centipede came out. The staff said they sometimes come in through the window, but it’s clear they live in the jacuzzi—they don’t just fly in.

Additionally, the entire balcony was filled with spider webs, even on the chairs. I have never seen anything like this before.

Odalar oldukça temiz, manzara harika. Güneş batımını kuş bakışı izlemek çok keyifli. Hava güzelse, kahvaltı salonunda Batum'u seyrederek kahvaltı yapmak gerçekten çok hoş. Sabah kahvaltısında gereksiz hiçbir şey yoktu açık büfede; hepsi yenilebilir. Özellikle peynir çeşitlerini çok beğendim. Bal gerçek kestane balıydı, otellerde genelde böyle bir şey bulmak zor ama Batum’da bolca kestane balı var, bu yüzden kullanmışlar. Fiyatı da gerçekten makul.

Herşey için teşekkürler. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer. Odalar da oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi.

Sezon dışında Batumi'ye gittik ve 3 gece kaldık. Manzarası, konumu ve kahvaltısı harikaydı. Odalar çok güzel ve rahattı. Hava yağmurlu ve soğuk olmasına rağmen oda sıcaktı. Banyosu geniş ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Kötü bir otel. Tura gelecek arkadaşlar kesinlikle burayı tercih etmesinler, net söylüyorum.
