    Во время визита в магазин я столкнулся с крайне недоброжелательным поведением персонала. Купил товар на 28 лари. На сдачу получили монеты номиналом 0.05 лари. Казалось, кассир сделал это намеренно, так как во время выдачи денег он смеялся. На моё предложение рассмотреть другой способ размена мелочи он отказался и снова засмеялся, выложив передо мной кучу мелочи. Другие сотрудники тоже присоединились к его смеху, когда он что-то сказал на непонятном мне языке. Такое отношение абсолютно не приемлемо.

    Great selection but service could use improvement. The store in Batumi has almost everything from The Body Shop range I was looking for. However, the staff seemed a bit uninterested and didn’t offer much help when I needed advice. It felt like they were more focused on restocking shelves than assisting customers. The products are great as always, but the customer service experience left a lot to be desired.
