We picked out several items, but the staff informed us that the fitting rooms were closed, saying, "otherwise, we won't have enough time to clean up," even though there were still 30 minutes until closing. Thanks for wasting my time.

My experience with the staff was quite unpleasant. Most of them were rude and not helpful at all. One consultant questioned why I brought so many clothes into the fitting room when I only intended to buy one item. Their treatment was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should definitely be more polite and inviting.
