All the staff at this clinic are very polite and calm. They have a great attitude, they find contact with the child, using their individual approach. I was pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail during the examination.

This is terrible customer service. I called twice and said that the children were poisoned and we needed an IV. They assured me that after seeing the doctor they would diagnose it. We paid for the doctor’s appointment, but the doctor, after the examination, asked if we had anyone who could put on an IV. It turned out that the nurse who works there does not have the skills to insert a catheter, although they assured me over the phone that everything would be fine. We arrived with children, aged 1.4 years and 3.4 years, with signs of dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea. In the car, my daughter almost lost consciousness, but in the end we were simply examined. I definitely don't recommend it.
