Mixed Feelings.
Ordered a pastry that looked divine but was underwhelming in taste. The outer crust was perfect – crispy and golden. The inside, however, was lukewarm and lacked flavor, as if it had been sitting out. Presentation was spot-on, but the taste just didn't match. Given the superb reputation, I expected more. Might give it another shot, but with lower expectations this time. - E
