    The building is impressive. The developer is one of the top real estate companies in Georgia. There are fast elevators and a free gym on the second floor. The view is fantastic.

    Если собираетесь арендовать жилье на длительный срок, учтите следующее:

    1. Слышимость здесь очень хорошая. Над нами живет семья с детьми, их шум и топот слышен даже до полуночи.

    2. Здесь нет полноценного фитнес-зала. Есть только пара кардиотренажеров, которые работают плохо, а в зале очень холодно. Персонал часто перемещается по этажу, так что сэкономить на спортзале не получится.

    3. Дверь в квартиру выглядит хорошо, но из нее сильно дует, и слышно, как передвигаются соседи.

    В целом, это не элитное жилье, и оно не стоит своих денег.
