Batumi View Luxury — Condominium complex

This hotel doesn't meet its claimed 4-star standard.

The shower leaks, making the bathroom floor wet. Our room wasn’t set up for three people, as there were only two sets of bed linens. I had to call reception for a third set, and they brought a pillow and sheet but forgot the blanket. It took three more calls before they finally delivered it. They often get things wrong on the first try.

Breakfast is average, with a limited choice.

Housekeeping is lacking; the floors were never cleaned despite us leaving decent tips by local standards.

When we checked out, our flight was delayed, so we waited in the lobby for a couple of hours. After just 30 minutes, a staff member approached us to ask what we were doing there. I've never encountered this in other hotels, where it's common to wait in the lobby for several hours without being questioned. It felt odd.

At checkout, they make you wait while they check the room for any damages or missing items. I haven't seen that in years, especially not in a hotel that's supposed to be four stars.

The only positives are the washing machine in the room and the nice view of the sea. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Мы забронировали номер в этом отеле еще в мае, выбирая его из-за большой террасы с лежаками, столом и зоной отдыха, как показано на фотографиях. Именно за такой номер мы заплатили.

Однако по приезду нас заселили в другой номер. Вместо просторной террасы мы получили лишь маленький балкон, на котором невозможно нормально разместиться. Мы оплатили один уровень номера, а получили значительно худший.

На ресепшен нам сказали, что нужных номеров нет, и они появятся только 29 числа, хотя наш выезд был запланирован на 2 число. То есть номер, который мы забронировали еще несколько месяцев назад, оказался недоступен.

После долгой дороги и бессонной ночи мы с детьми ждали решения с 10:00 до 16:00, но итогом стало лишь заселение в номер, не соответствующий нашим ожиданиям.

Во время ожидания я наблюдала, как и другие гости были недовольны тем, что получили номера, не соответствующие их бронированию.

Меня удивило поведение сотрудников ресепшена. Вместо решения проблемы они советовали бронировать номера через Booking, а не через туроператоров, перекладывая ответственность на них. Такие комментарии звучали не только в наш адрес, но и в адрес других туристов.

Когда представитель туроператора пришел разбираться, сотрудник отеля сказал, что клиентам не следует показывать реальные видео номеров, чтобы избежать претензий. Это вызывает большие вопросы о прозрачности работы отеля и отношении к гостям.

Сложилось впечатление, что отель подтверждает бронирование одних номеров, а предоставляет другие, ссылаясь на отсутствие мест. Ответственность за ситуацию перекладывается на туроператоров, а гостям предлагается смириться с ухудшением условий проживания.

К сожалению, наше пребывание началось с несоответствия номера заявленным условиям, долгого ожидания и отсутствия реального решения проблемы со стороны администрации отеля.

Oda oldukça geniş ve ferah. Apart dairesi gibi uzun süre kalmaya ihtiyaç duyulan birçok şey mevcut: ütü, masa, saç kurutma makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, çamaşır kurutma askılığı, kettle, ocak, mikrodalga, tencere, tabak, çatal, bıçak vb. Tüm odalar yandan deniz manzarasına sahip. Bazı küçük eksiklikler var; sabunluk ve şampuan yeni takılmış ama kontrol edilmemiş. Duşta cam veya kapı yok, sanırım bir perde takılacak metal borusu vardı. Perdenin olmaması ve eğim nedeniyle klozetin altına su gitti, göl oldu. B blok altında market, C blok altında şarküteri marketi, pizzacı, hamburgerci, kafeler, kulüp, eczane gibi birçok dükkan var. Sahili oldukça güzel, biranızla oturup keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Great hotel with rooms that have views of the Black Sea. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and breakfast is included. It's conveniently located near Grand Mall and Metrocity Mall.

Leaving a negative review is not something I do often, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the start, it was evident that guest satisfaction and basic hospitality were not priorities. The staff was unprofessional and rude, making us feel like a burden rather than guests. We were treated with a complete lack of respect. Housekeeping was nonexistent; they ignored our concerns about poorly maintained rooms. Additionally, there were no suitable vegetarian options for breakfast.

The staff was rude and accused us of stealing spoons! We had four rooms and they claimed all the teaspoons were missing. In the dining area, the staff kept staring at our food, which made us feel uneasy. We requested room cleaning in the morning, but housekeeping didn't arrive until 5 PM, and they didn't even provide towels or clean the bathrooms properly. The worst part was their assumption that we would tolerate this kind of behavior. I definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel.
