    هذا مكان لبيع تذاكر التلفريك ولعبة التوبوغان، ولكن احذروا — المصعد الموجود هناك لا يعمل. تم إغلاقنا داخله لمدة ثلاث دقائق ونحن نحاول الضغط على الأزرار وطلب المساعدة بلا فائدة. لحسن الحظ، كان ابني خارج المصعد وطلب المساعدة. جاءت بعض الموظفات وبكل استخفاف حاولن فتح المصعد بالضغط على الأزرار، وبعد محاولات متعددة تحرك المصعد وخرجنا. عندما فتح الباب، صدمنا حين بدأن بالصراخ علينا عندما طلبنا منهم وضع لافتة تُشير إلى أن المصعد معطل. وأصرت إحداهن بصوت عالٍ أنه يعمل بينما تتمتم بكلمات بلغتها، دون أي اعتبار لما مررنا به داخل المصعد أو حتى محاولة لتهدئتنا.

    שירות נורא. המחיר של הסקי פס הכי יקר בסביבה. אין מסלולים והשלג במצב רע. בחנות באזור לא הסכימו לי אפילו להשתמש במברג כדי לכוון את הסקי שלי.

    האתר הכי יקר והכי קטן באזור. אין מסלולים, ובחנות הסקי ביקשו 20 לארי לכיוון סקי. כשביקשתי להשתמש במברג שלהם, הם לא הסכימו. בקיצור, תלכו לדדבאלי.

    Заслуживает максимум одной звезды. Ужасная трасса, вся покрыта льдом, на сноуборде кататься нереально. Невероятное количество людей, постоянно мешают маленькие дети. Внизу невозможно протолкнуться. Ставлю этой трассе твёрдый минус. И никаких возвратов денег нет, за два спуска отдали 120 лари на двоих.

    Terrible ski rental experience! The staff is unbelievably rude, yelling at customers even if you're a woman! All the snowboard boots are soaking wet right from the start of the day. This place is completely unprofessional.

    This is a complete scam. If you're planning to ski at Bakuriani station, better turn back. You're going to pay just to use the Crystal slopes, which include only two or three runs. An entire day will cost you 80 GEL, and you won't have access to the other Bakuriani slopes like Khokta, Tatra, or Didveli. It's a huge rip-off.

    I paid for four skiing tickets, each costing 200. Then they told me it only covered the cable car, and I needed to rent equipment for almost another 200. As if that wasn’t enough, they said I also had to hire a trainer 😅. Even though I bought a cable car ticket, I ended up paying for the same service twice 😅. The place is nice, but the staff 🙂.

    I didn't encounter the issues mentioned in other reviews. We visited to purchase cable car tickets to the middle mountain, planning to stop by the SkyLine Cafe. At the cashier, a very friendly lady helped us, and the prices were clearly listed at the counter—25 GEL for the round trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with stunning views.

    The snow conditions were alright, but there were more rocks compared to Bakuriani. The staff wasn't friendly. They charged different prices depending on who asked – my girlfriend, who's white and European, got a different rate than I did, and I have darker skin. This place seems racist. They make you purchase a card but won't refund the 5 lari deposit once you're done. The operators are also unhelpful and uninterested, preferring to play on their phones in the hut. The instructors lack proper skiing skills and offer only basic guidance. Overall, I'd choose Bakuriani over this place any day.
