    ⚠️ WARNING – DISHONEST AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR IN BAKURIANI ⚠️

    Beware of what happened to us. We booked a villa in Bakuriani via Booking.com and had a confirmed reservation. After a long, tiring drive from Tbilisi to Bakuriani, we arrived only to be told by the owner that the villa was given to others who extended their stay. Despite showing our confirmation, she ignored us and refused to talk.

    We were left outside in the cold and snow, with nowhere to go after our long journey. This was not only stressful but also unsafe. Such irresponsible behavior is unacceptable.

    This is dishonest and unethical. A confirmed booking should mean something. Be very cautious when booking accommodations in Bakuriani, as this owner cannot be trusted and does not respect guests. Think twice before booking here. No traveler deserves such treatment, especially in winter conditions.
