Не так давно удалось попробовать фирменные блюда местной кухни в очаровательном местечке. С первых же минут почувствовался уют и спокойствие, которые благоприятно влияют на настроение. Все вокруг дышало тишиной и приглашало насладиться неспешной обстановкой и великолепной грузинской кухней.
Блюда были замечательными. В каждом из них чувствовалось мастерство повара и любовь к своему делу, а сложные сочетания вкусов просто не могли оставить равнодушными. Однако есть небольшое замечание к повару - местами, как мне показалось, хотелось несколько большей степени прожарки мяса и немного меньше соли.
В общем и целом, это замечательное место с вкусной едой, которое я бы с удовольствием посетил ещё раз. В следующий раз обязательно попробую другие блюда и обязательно скажу повару, чтобы он учел мои замечания. Ведь настоящие мастера всегда идут на встречу своим гостям, и, я думаю, что в данном случае никакой исключения быть не может.
