The cheese-making tradition is centuries old and has been passed down through generations: the owner learned it from his grandfather. He's a friendly and interesting person, speaks English fluently, and we had a fantastic conversation with him about Georgia and its cheeses. The cheese pairs incredibly well with a glass of Georgian Saperavi and is easy to take home since it doesn't require refrigeration. I usually don't write reviews, but felt compelled to share this experience. If you're in Tbilisi and love good food, make sure to visit this wonderful place.

For anyone who loves wine and cheese, this place is a must-visit. The owner speaks English and eagerly offers samples of his homemade Georgian cheese. While I enjoy strong cheeses, some of his selections are quite bold. Many of the cheeses are hard and aged, so if you're more into "Kraft" or "Edam" types, this might not be your ideal spot. The prices are very reasonable. I didn't try the wine since I had already purchased some beforehand.

The selection of gourmet cheese here is quite unique. The flavors stand out, offering something special. You can sample the cheeses before purchasing, making the experience straightforward and enjoyable. Appearances can sometimes be misleading.

If you're in Tbilisi, make sure to visit this place. Nowhere else offers such an authentic wine and cheese tasting experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and speaks excellent English. He and his family make the cheeses themselves, and everything is of top-notch quality. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

The wine selection is decent, with a fairly wide range of local options available. However, the cheese was a major letdown. Neither my husband nor I enjoyed it. We tried several types, and some tasted like soap, while others had a revolting, vomit-like flavor that lingered unpleasantly. A few were reminiscent of overly salted, dried nail clippings. Perhaps it's just a matter of taste, I'm not sure.

Our host was fantastic, introducing us to a variety of Georgian wines and offering wonderful and interesting handmade cheeses to accompany them. This was by far the best wine tasting I've experienced—so laid-back and full of insights about vineyards, grapes, and different wines. I can't recommend it highly enough!
