EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Brides in the UAE should stay away. I paid a deposit for a package, but we haven't confirmed or chosen any vendors yet, aside from the date and venue. When we asked to change the package due to a change in plans, they immediately said "NO." They want to charge for canceling an arch that's already pre-made and likely even theirs, which is ridiculous. VERY UNHELPFUL. Not a professional wedding coordinator at all.
