Working with this company has been a nightmare. I've been ignored for three weeks—calls, emails, texts, everything—without any response about transporting my dog to the United States. After Qatar Airways referred me to them, stating they needed to handle the transport, I had no choice. With my departure in three weeks, after contacting someone else, I discover they can't even transport live animals because they lack the necessary aircraft ventilation. How hard would it have been to say that sooner? Avoid these people at all costs.
